Our Response to Question 2 of the supplementary consultation
DMR Collation’s has responded today to Question 2 of Department of Health and Social Care Consultation “Fixed recoverable costs in lower damages clinical negligence claims – a supplementary consultation on disbursements” which has been reopened today for additional submissions until 22 December 2023 due to an error in the original online survey.
Cyber Essentials Certification
DMR Collation has been granted Cyber Essentials certification, adding to its existing ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations. Cyber Essentials is a government-backed scheme that helps organisations protect themselves from cyber threats, and certification involves an independent assessment of an organisation’s security measures.
Our Response to Supplementary Consultation on LDFRC 2023
The 2022 consultation on Lower Damages Fixed Recoverable Costs (LDFRC) did not cover the recoverability of disbursements in detail. The supplementary consultation on LDFRC is open until 27 October 2023 which deals with the recoverability of disbursements including expert reports and ATE premiums.

DMR Collation are please to announce that we have passed our 3 year re-accreditation with the British Assessment Bureau for ISO 9001 in Quality Management System and ISO 27001 in Information Security Management.
