DMR Collation was Highly Commended in the Supporting the Industry category at the Modern Law Awards 2017/2018 and have been shortlisted again this year in the category of Supporting the industry at the 2019 awards. These awards are in recognition of the professional and innovative service we provide to clients and our ability to identify and meet the requirements of the legal industry. We have been able to demonstrate time and time again that our clients’ organisations run more smoothly because of the services we offer and this was an important factor in the decision-making process.

We have consistently been able to demonstrate that we go the extra mile for clients and have an excellent reputation across the industry.
Personal Injury Awards 2018 and 2019
DMR Collation was a finalist in two categories in the Legal Week Awards 2018; Supplier Innovation – Services and Supplier Innovation – Technology. The awards aim to acknowledge companies that are “innovating in the legal sector and are working on precedent-setting, game-changing projects and initiatives”. It was a huge honour for DMR Collation to be the only medical record collation company shortlisted and there is little doubt that innovative technology, such as the introduction of our Digital Booklet Service, helped secure these nominations.
Legal Week Innovation Awards 2018
The Practice Efficiency Award is one of the most sought-after accolades of Legalex 2018. This award is given out to “the supplier that offers the best product or service that can streamline law firms, helping them reduce costs and time.” DMR Collation’s processes and methods, from scanning and collating to compiling chronologies, are designed to be time and cost-saving to our clients while the finished product is quality checked, organised and analysed meticulously, all something that was recognised by the judges at Legal & Cyber Security. In addition to this, our digital booklet was recognised as being highly innovative and groundbreaking within the industry.

“DMR Collation's flagship Digital Booklet service has transformed the way we work and allowed us to solve a number of problems in our office. We were able to free up a significant amount of space by storing hundreds of volumes of paper medical records off site and still have instant access to the documents. We have also received very positive feedback from our experts one of who commented that “I was able to find individual parts of the records easily. This is so much better than paper as most of us writing reports have delivery and storage problems also” (DrGF). Paperless working is the future and DMR Collation is ahead of the game!”
- Angela Kirtley, Partner, Irwin Mitchel LLP

“The work was done promptly, the editing was efficient and will no doubt have saved us and the experts hours sorting out what was a shambles. I am happy to recommend DMR Collation Ltd’s service and to use them again”
- Tim Quinn, Solicitor at Howard & Over LLP
“I cannot recommend DMR Collation highly enough. I was provided with an overwhelming number of social services and medical records on an historical abuse case. DMR collated and paginated all of the records and provided me with a Digital Booklet which made cross referencing so easy. Their secure portal makes it so easy to upload the records securely and grant experts access to the same portal. 10/10 on all fronts. I will definitely use them again.”
- Dianne Collins, Nelsons Solicitors Ltd
“I have been using DMR Collation for several months and I can truly say that their service is second to none. The medical records are always thoroughly reviewed, collated and paginated. The chronology is always very detailed and relevant information is extracted. The suggestions and possible questions to put to relevant experts is an additional benefit that I have not seen offered from other collation services. In short, DMR Collation are a very professional and excellent collation service and I would recommend them without hesitation.”
